No. Ongoing care is available when it makes sense for the business. New Moonrise website clients may choose the introductory care benefit, but the ongoing plan and terms are documented separately.
Can I request several small edits at once?
Yes. Minor edits can be grouped into one request and are applied against the monthly time included with Moonrise Care or Moonrise Care Plus. Moonrise Development will identify work that falls outside the plan before proceeding.
Can Moonrise maintain a website it did not build?
Yes. Moonrise can support existing websites and will let you know if any separate issue should be addressed before a requested task is completed.
Does care include AI assistant management?
No. AI assistant management, platform usage, model costs, and specialized integrations are separate services unless explicitly included in writing.
Are support response times guaranteed repair times?
